One of the most exciting new programmatic developments at Catholic Central is the Kairos retreat program.
New to the campus ministry department in 2022-2023, Kairos is a four-day, three-night, off-campus Catholic retreat for seniors during which they pray, reflect, worship, build intentional Catholic community, deepen in their relationship with God, and seek to hear where and how God is calling them as they prepare for graduation.
Many graduating seniors include Kairos on the short list of their most impactful, memorable, and formative experiences at Catholic Central.
The senior student-leaders undergo significant team and leader development training as well as intentional faith formation as they prepare for leading Kairos.
Seniors have the opportunity to attend Kairos in the fall, winter, or spring. Members of the faculty and staff attend each Kairos as well.
